It is conducted by ICSI (Institute of Company Secretary of India). Exams are held twice a year in the month of June and December in all the major cities. After passing the final exam students have to undergo 15 months of training in the guidance of Company Secretary in practice or in the company’s sponsored by the institute. 3. Cost and Management Accountant (CMA):

In India, CMA course is conducted by ICAI (Institute of Cost Accountant of India). It is a 5 years duration course which gets completed in 3stages.
